Danger of environmental leaks and unfiltered oil created equipment failures<\/h2>\n

Because the totes and barrels were kept on the ground and moved around frequently it increased the risk of environmental spills. The oil transferred was not prefiltered thus increasing the risk of equipment component failures and affecting production. Finally, during the winter months, low temperatures made the transfer process harder and longer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/section>\n\n\n

Heated container with oil reservoirs to facilitate oil distribution<\/h2>\n

We created a heated space within a container including in-line filtration with assigned reservoirs for specific oils and antifreeze to facilitate the transfer and to have everything in a self-contained environment eliminating the risks of environmental events. They had to handle millions of liters of oil managed in totes of 1000L and barrels of 205L.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>
