Custom designed Mobile or Fixed units
We design multifunctionnal units to transfer and decontaminate your new and used oils to meet your viscosity and ISO Cleanliness requirements.
Some of their uses are
- Transferring lubricants to storage containers
- Transferring filtered oil to a machine
- Cleaning stored lubricants
- Achieving new oil cleanliness standards
- Reconditioning or decontaminating lubricants currently in use
- Draining used oil from equipment
- Providing contamination control functions like hose cleaning, power flushing, directional wand flushing and line flushing

Varnish Removal
Varnish is a thin deposit in a lubrication system that is difficult to wipe away and comprises mainly organic residue. Its chemical composition is widely varied and classified by chemistry and degradation mechanisms. The terms varnish and sludge are often used interchangeably, but they mean different things. Once an oil (regardless of its application or type) has been exposed to thermally stressful conditions, contaminants, and severe operating environments, it will degrade, possibly producing deposits.
Hydraulic systems are susceptible to deposit formation due to the prevalent use of close-tolerance components and requirements for ultra-clean operating fluids.
We use the Supradisc technology to remove varnishes and particulates from any application like compressors, hydraulic systems, and others in all industrial markets.

Water removal
Water will affect the oil’s base stock, encouraging oxidation, viscosity increase and foaming. Water encourages rust and corrosion and will cause increased wear as a result of aeration and changes in viscosity resulting in film strength failure. We have multiple solutions for water removal from a large purifier to a smaller contained unit.
